Very nice staff. Very clean

Super loud inside and in the room. You can always hear the pool crowd. Also our room clearly had water damage in the bathroom and has just been patched up.

The door on the toilet room is a really tight squeeze and actually stubbed my toe but other than that (oh and I thought there was a microwave but there was not) it was a good stay with a cool view of the river. Will take more advantage of the pool next time. We were there for a wedding this time.

Stayed at this hotel for the weekend. Very nice hotel. Check in was easy. Stayed in king size bed room, with couch sofa. It was nice, didn’t use the sofa, but the room size was good for 2 ppl. Maybe it would be alittle crowded with more. Their beds are really comfortable. And showers have great pressure. The toilet acted up on our second day, but smone came out and took care of it right away. The only con I’d give is for their buffet breakfast they offer 3 different kinds of bacon products. It would be nice to have smthing kosher. The only protein available were eggs and the rest sm type of pork protein. So the buffet breakfast was limited for us. Other then that great hotel to stay in!

Our room was ok, shade was broken, some pretty bad stains on the carpet that may have been spilled food or possibly vomit. Tub/shower was dingy. Definitely in need of a remodel. Rooms are cleaned every other day which is not what we would expect but seems to be a theme since Covid. I had to ask twice for basics such as clean towels and coffee supplies. When housekeeping finally came after the second request they were very accommodating. Nice location though, plenty of nice restaurants nearby.
